Dr. Martha Szabó-Annighöfer is a senior associate in Lieff Cabraser’s Munich office.

Dr. Szabó-Annighöfer advises clients on all aspects of complex litigation and collective redress. Her particular focus is on cartel damages, where she has extensive experience in structuring, coordinating, and conducting cross-border proceedings. Dr. Szabó-Annighöfer also advises on investing in complex litigation in Europe and the strategic design of such proceedings.

Before joining Lieff Cabraser, Dr. Szabó-Annighöfer worked as a research assistant at the University of Göttingen (Germany) in the areas of civil law, commercial law, and German and foreign civil procedural law, and received her doctorate degree with a thesis on procedural law.

Dr. Szabó-Annighöfer completed her law studies at the University of Hamburg (Germany), the University of Bordeaux (France), and the University of Göttingen (Germany).
